Make a list Monday: 5 New-to-me

One of my favorite things about working the circulation desk is seeing all of the treasures that others uncover. There are so many books out there, waiting to be discovered! And many of them aren’t the new ones that have just been published. These are the jewels that have left the ‘new book’ shelves and been buried out amongst the general library population. Here’s 5 that passed through my library this week and have been added to my to-be-read list:

Swimming with Scapulars by Matthew Lickona

The Particular Sadness of Lemon Cake by Aimee Bender

The Web of Life by Richard Louv

The Annunciation of Francesca Dunn by Janis Hallowell

The Book that Changed My Life edited by Roxanne Coady and Joy Johannessen

Do you have any to-be-read that are maybe not hot off of the press but uncovered on a back library shelf or used book store?
